When is final count & payment due?

Final Counts, payments or deposits are due 8 days prior to your event by noon. If you are paying by credit card, you are responsible for calling in 8 days before your party. Payment by check and money orders also must arrive 8 days prior to the event.

If you are planning a last minute party, you must call in by noon and pay for the final count with one credit card. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE FAXED IN.

What types of Payment does VIP accept?

 VIP Offers 2 payment options.

A- VIP accepts payment by check, money order or by credit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You will be responsible for collecting payments from your guests and making the payment. You have an option to pay for all your guests on one credit card, or each of your guests can pay on their own. There is a $2.00 fee per guest for those paying separately. Payment must be made by the person listed on the contract. Simply discuss these options with your planner.

VIP TIP- If you are the person hosting the event, you should collect payments from each guest attending the party before the due date.

B- VIP will email you a credit card form which you will forward out to all guests attending your party. This will allow your guests to pay so that you do not need to collect payments.  All Guests must pay by 8 days before the event date and will be bound by the same contract. VIP can also create a personalized online invitation which gives all the party details. Invites will be emailed to the person hosting the event once the contract is received so that you may send it to your guests.  Please send us a picture of the bride so that we may include that in the invite.

Does VIP charge a party planning fee?

VIP never charges a planning fee for organizing your event. You pay for the package you choose.  That's it!

Is there a deposit or cancellation fee?

There are deposits required for party services such as psychic readings, belly dance lessons, pole lessons, etc. Your deposit is due 8 days before your event. There is no deposit required for VIP Clubbing or the Dinner and Dancing packages. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee ONLY IF your contract is returned and you cancel 8 days before your event. Additional cancellation fees may apply if you have transportation.

What if someone does not attend, can we get a refund?

Once payments are made, VIP cannot issue refunds. We pre-pay for all your services and once payments are made, we cannot retrieve the money once it’s paid. It’s best to collect the money from all your party guests and only pay for those who have paid you.

What if I want to add more people on after I have booked an event?

You can add additional people up to the day before the event, unless you have a limo or tickets to a show as these cannot be change. VIP will then notify your Clubs/bars/pubs, Transportation provider instructors, and/or talents. We also need to charge the card on file (if paid by credit card).  If guests show up without confirmation from the office, they will not be allowed in the clubs and you may incur extra charges for transportation, door fees, drinks, etc. For these reasons, it is important that you call in all "add ons".

How long do we book our transportation?

VIP usually recommends transportation for 7 hours, however we can offer transportation to meet any request. This means that our transportation will stay with you throughout your night for as many stops as you wish. If you chose to go over 7 hours, or your night out extends over the time, we will charge your card $75.00 for party busses, and $150.00 for limos for each additional hour. If you paid by check or money order, you will need to pay the driver directly for the additional hours.

What are the travel fees for pick-up outside the Chicago land area?

If you plan on taking transportation to your event outside the Chicago land area, VIP must take into consideration gas charges, as well as driving time.
Additional pricing is as follows and is subject to change without notice.

Party Buses-  50 miles outside Chicago 75.00 to pickup and 75.00 drop off.

Limousines-   50 miles outside Chicago 150.00 to pickup and 150.00 to drop off.

What is the pick up and drop off transportation service?

If you choose pick up and drop off service, your transportation does not stay with you throughout your venue.  You will board at a pick up location (i.e. home or hotel) and be dropped off at your first destination (i.e. dinner, clubs, etc). After your entire night is complete, you will then be picked up at your last location (usually a nightclub or bar), to be dropped off at your final destination (i.e. home, hotel, etc).

What is the dress code for VIP Clubbing/Pubbing?

Dress codes at clubs and bars vary but must be followed. A good idea is to look at the nightclub information included in our packages.

Good rules for clubs to follow are: No excessive ripped jeans (trendy/fashion rips that are small and included within the jean are ok).  No hats, caps, flannels, gym shoes, boots (or anything that looks like boots, with the exception of women’s leather boots), baggy clothes, jerseys, t-shirts or sporting apparel.  If you have a question whether something might not pass as dress code, bring something extra. The door staff at each club or bar has final word on dress code and can refuse entrance.

What do we receive with clubbing Package A? What are Perks?

VIP always offers No Cover & Express Entry at every club or bar. In addition, VIP also offers different "perks" at each club or bar you choose. A perk could be a bottle of champagne, a round of drinks, a round of shots or all 3. Depending on the venue you choose.

What do we do when we arrive at our club/bar?

VIP will send your itinerary via email 3 days before your event and will include your package details, your contact information, addresses and confirmation numbers. All you need to get you through the night is on your itinerary. When arriving at each destination, the name of the party will be Bride's name, not the person hosting the event, it is also good to mention that you are with VIP Bachelorette. Some venues may ask to see your itinerary for confirmation. In addition, VIP also will provide you with 1 or more VIP Party Hosts (What's a VIP Party Host? Click HERE ).

If our VIP Clubbing package includes tables, do we get tables the entire time we are there?
Most clubs will allow parties to keep tables ONLY when purchasing bottle service. Fortunately, VIP maintains a great relationship with all clubs and bars, therefore if your package includes seating, most of the time you will be able to keep your tables throughout the night. Keep in mind that if your party is not utilizing your table, or you have been seated for a prolonged period of time, clubs have the right to ask groups to relinquish tables.  Many clubs prefer to reserve tables for customers purchasing bottle service.  If a club employee asks you to give up your table, VIP suggests that your group all pitch in and buy a bottle.  It will ensure that you can remain at the tables and will be an extra special gift for your Guest of Honor!

What is bottle service?

Bottle service is a great option especially if the Guest of Honor wants to be treated as a celebrity.  Bottle Service usually includes, VIP seating, private servers, and in some cases you may receive private bouncers, VIP dance areas, and restroom escorts.   Bottles prices often start at $150 and can vary in range. VIP Chicago Parties offers discounted Bottle Service at many Clubs in Chicago. Please contact your Party Planner for more questions.

Can We BYOB?

Alcohol is permitted on the party buses, however no glassware is allowed. For Dream Boys, taking place at Pink Money, you may BYOB, however beer, pre-mixed drinks and anything in glass are not permitted. You may bring coolers to Brando's and on the party buses, but please keep in mind that clubs do not allow coolers inside.

What if one of my guests consumed too much alcohol?

It is not recommended that that person try to go to another venue as they are likely not to be allowed entrance at the club's discretion. If your party booked a limo, try to situate the guest in the limo and wait to the rest of the party to end their night, or get them a cab to a hotel (if staying at one). We advise you use good judgment to take care of your guest, and please refer to our Survival Guide that will be attached to the e-mail with your itinerary.

Is there a minimum number of guests needed to book an event?

There is no minimum number of people for the VIP Clubbing package. If you choose transportation, there is a minimum of 9 people. If you choose a Dinner package, there is an 8 person minimum. If you choose Martinis and Makeovers package, there is a 10 person minimum. Check all guest minimums on packages received via email.

What does "all inclusive" mean?

Most of our packages are all inclusive. This means that when you book a club or bar, you receive everything that is included with that club/bar. This can include no cover, no wait, VIP seating, reserved tables, free drinks, bottle of champagne, etc. Each club/bar varies. What each club/bar includes in their package is explained under their name in each package. Typically taxes and gratuity is included in the package, and VIP always encourages tipping your bartenders and servers for good service.

What should we do if we're not on a list at a club/bar?

Firstly, don't panic! Stay calm and make sure you're at the club you're supposed to be at, at the appropriate time. The name on the list will be under the Bride's name, not the person hosting the event and mention VIP Bachelorette at the door. If this does not work, and your itinerary lists that club (this does not happen often), or you have other problems at the door, contact your VIP Party Host immediately to work things out. (What's a VIP Party Host? Click HERE) Please do not call the office as it will be closed.
